7 Day Terms & Conditions

  • Must be local resident or work within our vicinity boundaries.

  • Must be 19 years or parental consent needed.

  • Staffed hours only. Mon - Fri

  • Use up to 7 days or within expiration date, No credit for unused days. One time usage.

  • Automatically except Liability waiver upon 1st day usage.


Upon entering our gym during your trial time.

  • Check in at front desk & get punch card punched at every visit

  • Read & sign Liability check in waiver.

  • Grab disinfect towel to disinfect all equipment used.

  • Use lockers to place personal belongings, (bring own lock)

  • Wash hands before & after working out.

  • Avoid injury, ASK US ANY QUESTIONS thru out your visit in which you need help with. Do not attempt a machine that is unfamiliar to you, or is your first time using.

Gym Rules: Top 4

Gym Rules (main, other rules apply)

CHECK IN: All members & non members must check in at the front desk. Members can use keytag for self check in. 

All must grab their own disinfectant towels, wash hands before & after using equipment.



Appropriate apparel & tennis shoes required, mid drift or longer top/tank or cover up required. Shorts must not show crease line. 


Do not sit on a machine or grab equipment if not ready to immediately start & continue to finish entire sets & reps in a timely manner.

Disinfect all equipment used and return all plates, bars, accessories etc back to its place. 

If you walk away from equipment even momentarily, expect the equipment to be used by other members. 


Do not use cell phones for non workout related reasons. 

Keep phone on do not disturb, vibrate or attached to headphones, at all times, so it does not disturb other members.

Please take all incoming calls outside or inside lockers rooms, if conversation is going to be on going.

Do not allow it to keep you from using the equipment on a timely manner. Rotation of equipment is crucial.
